Cathedral found out what previous opponents now know from playing the Rebels this season. It is hard to beat Roncalli in a volleyball match and even harder to win at least one game from them as was the case at the Robert Welch Center at Cathedral on Tuesday.

One can say Roncalli is off to a slow start in girls high school soccer since it has registered only two wins in its first four games. But opponents shouldn't let this record fool them, especially if its last match is indication of things to come.

Last year, the Roncalli boys tennis team experienced a lot of success on the court, reaching the Center Grove Regional while winning its fifth sectional title in six years. But head coach Jay Wetzel will have to pull all the right moves to get back to a similar position this year.
