Vaibhav Sooryavanshi starred with 97 off 29 balls as Rajasthan Royals posted 243/8 and dominated the SRH vs RR Eliminator.

With the win, Rajasthan knocked SRH out and advanced to Qualifier 2 against the Gujarat Titans on May 29.

Vaibhav Sooryavanshi changed the game with a stunning 97 off 29 balls, hitting 12 sixes and five fours at a strike rate above 334.

His aggressive knock immediately put SRH under pressure during the power play. Meanwhile, Dhruv Jurel added 50 off 21 balls, while Yashasvi Jaiswal contributed 29 runs at the top.

Riyan Parag also scored a quick 26 off 12 balls as RR dominated the death overs. For SRH, Prafull Hinge took 3/54, but the bowlers failed to stop Rajasthan’s run flow.

Sunrisers Hyderabad started strongly as Ishan Kishan scored 33 off 11 balls and Nitish Kumar Reddy made 38 from 20 deliveries.

Salil Arora also added 35 off 21 to keep SRH in the contest. However, Rajasthan Royals kept striking at key moments as the required rate continued to rise.

Jofra Archer led the attack with 3/58, while Ravindra Jadeja and Sushant Mishra picked up two wickets each. SRH were eventually bowled out for 196 in 19.2 overs.
