Vaibhav Sooryavanshi continued his impressive start to international cricket with another standout performance against Zimbabwe.
The 15-year-old scored 151 runs at an average of 50.33 and claimed his maiden Player of the Series award during the India vs Zimbabwe Third T20I.
His performances earned him one of the biggest jumps in the latest ICC Men’s T20I batting rankings. Sooryavanshi climbed 230 places to a career-best No. 48 with 536 rating points.
The latest rise marks another milestone in his young international career. He has made an immediate impact in T20I cricket after breaking into India’s senior setup.
Gill Returns to the Top of ODI Batting Rankings
Shubman Gill reclaimed the No. 1 spot in the ODI batting rankings after New Zealand batter Daryl Mitchell slipped from the summit. Mitchell had occupied the top position since January.

Tilak Varma climbed two places to sixth in the T20I batting rankings. He also surpassed MS Dhoni and Suresh Raina to become India’s seventh-highest run-scorer in T20I Cricket.
Similarly, Shreyas Iyer moved up seven places to 24th in the latest T20I batting rankings following a productive series against Zimbabwe.
Ravi Bishnoi also enjoyed a significant rise after taking three wickets during the Zimbabwe series. The leg-spinner jumped 31 places to 41st in the T20I bowling rankings.
